Dear all,

following the earlier information regarding the personnel changes, I would like to inform you that Mattias Linell will join the IFF office team in December 2026.

Many of you already know Mattias from his work at IFF events over the years. He brings experience in referee development and strong expertise in the development and implementation of the Rules of the Game. His previous cooperation with the IFF also means that he is already familiar with our referee community, our events and the way we work.

His arrival will allow us not only to ensure the management of referee matters, but also to continue developing this area and contribute to the wider development of floorball.

Until further notice, the arrangements communicated in my previous message remain in place:

More information about Mattias’s responsibilities and the future way of working will follow closer to his start.

I am very pleased that Mattias will join the IFF and believe that many of you will also be happy to continue working with him in his new role.
